The Knightsbridge Company ("TKC") was founded in 1994 to invest and manage commercial real estate. Through effective acquisition, renovation, management and leasing, TKC generates investment growth for its investors and high quality office environments for its tenants. The principles of TKC have successfully invested in office buildings, hotels, retail properties and warehouse/industrial property. TKC's primary focus is commercial office buildings located in the Tampa, Florida and Detroit, Michigan markets.
TKC seeks value added real estate transactions, targeting property owned by motivated sellers that will benefit from TKC's core competence of renovating, leasing and managing real estate assets. |
